The Production and Directing Track   

The courses at Maaleh are taught by film and telelvision professionals from the Israeli film industry.   The curriculum combines focused academic study with comprehensive practical and experimental training in all the technical aspects of filmmaking, along with a unique Beit Midrash program with courses that explore the relationship between Judaism and Art.

 
The curriculum includes theoretical, academic courses in cinema and television, culture and art and courses that are intended to broaden the student's education. In addition, all the practical studies of the field are taught in the school: feature directing, documentary directing, television studio directing, screenplay writing, filming, editing, sound, lighting, producing and more. The graduates of the main track may integrate into the film making industry in the different professions according to their talents and preferences.
