The films "Getting Serious" by Matan Golomb and "The Strength to Tell" by Noam Demsky have been accepted to the Jewish Film Festival in Louisville, Kentucky.

Congratulations to Bracha Yaniger, whose film "A Story About Rain" has won the Best Asian Film award at the International Student Film Festival, Beijing.

The film "The Question of a Friend" by David Tauber has been announced the winner of the Nashville Jewish Film Festival Student Competition. The film will be screened at the festival in November, and will also be shown at the Nashville TN Film Festival in April 2015.

Ma'aleh graduates David Tauber and Matan Golomb, whose short films "Cornerstone" and "Getting Serious" were screened at the Religion Today film festival, Trento, Italy, on October 12th, participated in a discussion with Catholic students at the Salesiana university Rome, yesterday. Both graduates will be screening their films in Rome today.

The drama "Closing  Up" by Achva Herstik has been accepted to the FirstGlance Film Festival, Philadelphia which will take place in October 2014. Achva is one of the few students to have made two graduate films. Her  documentary "I'll See You Again" was shown at the DocAviv documentary film festival in May.

The  films "Getting Serious" by Matan Golomb and "Cornerstone" by David Tauber have been accepted to the Religion Today Festival in Trento, Italy. The festival will be held in October 2014.
