When Yaron, a paramedic who has left his wife and child, treats a lonely old man who has no family, he is forced to face up to the long tyerm consequences of estrangement.

Yaniv Barlev, a paramedic who has left his wife, is sleeping in his ambulance and missing his son. During a routine shift, he meets Baruch, a confused elderly man who thinks Yaniv is his son. Out of compassion, Yaniv goes along with the deception, and thus is brought face to face with the long-term price of estrangement.
