A delegation of Maaleh students and graduates has just returned from the Cannes film festival, inspired and full of the excitement from the larger-than-life screenings and events that took place there. They saw beautiful films from all over the world in luxurious, state-of-the art cinemas, participated in the panels and receptions of the Israeli Pavilion and T-port, rubbed shoulders with red-carpet stars and directors, met and networked with film professionals from Israel and abroad, and came home full of the energy to create and promote their new films.
Faculty member Bosmat Ibi Hardy and festivals coordinator Katie Green accompanied the group to Cannes.  
Our grateful thanks to Gerald Duchaussoy of Cannes Classics who invited us to the festival and arranged for our accreditation, to Osnat Bukofzer, producer of the Israeli pavilion, and to Amos Geva, co-founder and head of industry at T-port.
