In this animation documentary, a young director attempts to come to terms with the fact that he may never be able to father his own children, due to a variation in his chromosomes known as XXY-47.

At puberty Adam was diagnosed with a chromosomal abnormality, XXY-47. A number of surgeries later, and with the knowledge that he may never be able to father biological children, Adam uses his own illustrations and medical records in this animated documentary to try and come to terms with his disorder.
