Shira Billig's second year short, "A Pain in the Neck (Kartziya)" has been accepted to three more festivals: the Miami Independent Film Festival, The Los Angeles Cinefest Festival and the Barcelona Planet Festival. The film has also won a student award at the Women's Only Entertainment Film Festival.
