"A Pain in the Neck (Kartziya)" wins student award at WOEFF and is accepted to three more festivals.

Shira Billig's second year short, "A Pain in the Neck (Kartziya)" has been accepted to three more festivals: the Miami Independent Film Festival, The Los Angeles Cinefest Festival and the Barcelona Planet Festival. The film has also won a student award at the Women's Only Entertainment Film Festival.
