Eyal, who is religious, lives with his non-religious girlfriend Tal, but hides the fact from his parents. When they find out, Eyal's mother, a fierce activist in the National Religious Party, is furious and pressures Eyal to return home. Eyal tries to look for a quiet solution, but things only get more complicated at his brother's bar mitzvah. Against the background of the political choices Israelis are making in the national elections, Eyal, torn between two worlds, has his own choice to make. HIs decision will affect everyone in his family.
