Maaleh Graduate Hillel Rate wins prize of $50,000 for development of his feature film

Award-winning Maaleh Graduate Hillel Rate (My Father's Son, Within his Passions) and his produucer Lev Orlov have won a prize of $50,000 for development of his feature film "The Good Fence" at the Sam Speigel FilmLab, under the auspices of the Jerualem Film Festival.
